Jakob came into the kitchen with his hair wet and said that if you want to be a rock star you have to have wet hair and that you have to hold your fingers like this. What happen to my little boy.

Our mini vacation (part 1)
James had to go to Southern Utah for a conference for work so me and the kids tagged along to spend some time with James' family. We spent five days there we had a lot of fun we got to be a part of the St. Patrick's day parade in Springdale which is located just outside of Zion National Park. We got to ride in a decorated shuttle bus that takes tourist up the canyon. Jakob and Kaeden had so much fun waving to the people along the parade route.

It's Here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well it's official Jakob is registered for Kindergarten for this coming school year. I'm so excited for him to be starting school. We are not sure if he will be attending all day or half day we find out at the end of the week. I'm having a hard time with the decision on which one to do. Does anyone have any suggestions or word of advice that could help me make the decision.

Tag I'm It........
10 years ago:
I was 19 and working full time as a checker at a grocery store. I was attending a singles ward and having fun being single.
5 things on my to-do list today

4. Go grocery shopping
5. Buy some more Levi's
snacks I enjoy:
Funyuns, salt and vinegar chips, veggie flavored Ritz's
What I would do if I were suddenly a billionaire:
-First and for most I would pay my tithing
-Pay James' Tuition
-Buy a House with a BIG yard and have horses
-Pay off my parents debts
-Travel the world
-Invest the rest
3 of my bad habits

3. I don't exercise enough
5 jobs I've had:

4 things people don't know about me
1. I can't let people look at my pictures until their in photo books so they don't get them out of the order that they were taken in.
2. I never put my babies in outfits that had characters on them.

In Memory of our Grandma Barbara Rau
Our main reason for our visit to St. George this past weekend was to see Grandma Rau. She has been sick for a while and they weren't sure how much longer she would be with us. Well we just got a phone call from James' mother this morning saying that she had passed away.
I was so happy that we got the opportunity to see her one more time and that she is in a better place. I have always loved Grandma Rau from the first time that I met her she reminded me so much of my Grandma. When James and I decided to get married she treated me as though I was one of her grandchildren.
She had such a love for her family and for her Grandchildren and her Great Grandchildren and for anyone that came into her life she was an amazing person and I'm grateful that I had the opportunity to know her and have her in my life.

Fun Mini Vacation
Well we went down to St. George over the weekend and had a lot of fun. All of James' siblings were there together they haven't been together in over 2 1/2 years. So that was a lot of fun.
Kristin, Abbie, James, Kate, and Tammy
It was also an extra treat because Tammy and 1 of her daughters came all the way from Germany to be there. Jakob loved having his cousin Kira there. They haven't seen each other in 2 1/2 years and they took to each other right away. They are only 4 months apart. Kira is the closest in age cousin that Jakob has on both sides of our families so he loved having someone his age to play with.
Kira was teaching Jakob how to dance and where he needs to put his hands. They are so cute together I wish they lived closer.
Some of the cousins together.
Jakob, Kira, Kassie, Kent, and Kaeden.
