New Look

I have been wanting to cut my hair for months but just haven't had the nerve to do it.
So I made the appointment and just did it. I wanted it short. Well after I was done I was really happy about my haircut. Plus they were able to donate my hair to children who aren't able to grow their own hair. So in the end I love my haircut and I was able to give something to a child so it all worked out well.

We're Done

James is done with school. YEAH!!!!!!! I'm so excited to see what are next adventure is going to be and excited for change in scenery. I'm going to miss all the people that have become such good friends. But I'm glad I started blogging so I can keep in touch with so many of you and see what's going on in your life's. I'm so proud of James and all that he does for are family. He works so hard to make a better life for me and the boy's.

Moving to Texas so my husband could get his MBA. And leaving all our family and friends. Having Audrey K. here she is my best friend.

I'm afraid of spiders any kind.

Where we are going to be living in 4 weeks.

Addicted To Chick-Fil-A

I have become a huge fan of Chick-Fil-A. I never went to a Chick-Fil-A until 3 weeks ago and I've found myself there at least two times a week since. It's amazing to me that I never went sooner the Restaurants are so clean and everyone that works at one is so friendly. They have so many perks for people with children I just love it. These are a few of my reasons if you've never been you need to go.
-They have Clorox wipes on the sides of all the highchairs so you can wipe them off.
-They give you these plastic place mats that stick to the table so your kids food doesn't touch the table.
-Their food is so good, especially the chocolate shakes. (yum,yum)
-They have employees that come around to the tables and ask you if you would like a refill on your drink.
-And they put books in the kids meals.
I know I really need to get out more........

Thankful

Thing's I'm Thankful for:
-I'm thankful for the opportunity that I was able to listen to conference.
-I'm Thankful for Jesus Christ and for the Atonement.
-My husband James who always puts the needs of our family first.
-My son Jakob who calls the prophet Incredible Gordon B. Hinckley.
-My son Kaeden who's smile makes my day.
-Our families who love and support us in everything we do.

Handsome Boys

learning something new

I decide to learn how to sew. My MIL bought me a sewing machine 4 years ago and it has never been used. So I decide to start out slow and make a pillow case for Jakob. This was my end result.

Playgroup Fun

I was thinking about how much I love going to playgroup, and if it was possible I would have one every day. I also wanted to thank Mindy for organizing and planning all of our outings while she was here. And I also wanted to thank Tara B. for taking over that job. These are some of my reasons for loving playgroup.

-I get to hang out with wonderful moms, and get to know them on a more personal basis.
-I've met some of my best friend's in playgroup.
-My kids learn to play and interact with other children.
-I'm a better Mom because of playgroup.

I was so grateful to come to a ward where there was a playgroup because it made it easier for me to get to know people in my ward.

Double Mission Calls

A lot of exciting stuff has been going on with my family over the last few month's. My younger brothers(who are twins) both got their mission calls recently. Jentz will be going to Sacramento, California.(spanish speaking) And Callin will be serving in Eugene, Oregon.(spanish speaking also) My brothers will both leave to the MTC on May 16th. We are so excited for them and we know they will be great missionaries. We have a lot of trips to plan for all the different events. But I'm looking forward to spending some time with my family.

Sister getting Married

My sister Kelsey just got engaged. And will be getting married on June 13th. In the Salt Lake Temple, we are so excited for her.

Happy St. Patricks Day

I remember every St. Patrick's Day my mom would make us corned beef and cabbage for dinner. Which always included green peas,green mashed potatoes,green jello and of course green koolaid. The kitchen was always decorated green as well. I always looked forward to eating corned beef and thought that it was a rare treat because the only time you could buy it was on St. Patrick's day. Well I just became aware of the fact that you can buy corned beef all year round. Oh I wish I had known earlier.
